We had the pleasure of working on the Bursoldon project, set in a rural area with tight access for deliveries. As soon as we received confirmation from the customer, we set up a loading bay to protect the property's front drive and arranged a WhatsApp group chat with all local neighbors. This allowed us to inform them of deliveries which could block the road, and they could plan their day with minimal disruption.
We always try to make each project less stressful for our clients and neighboring people. The Bursoldon project consisted of removing the rear of the property and adding a 2-storey extension to create an open plan living and dining room. Our team utilized stunning floating reset glass bays in this area to fully maximize the natural light.
The rear and side extension were designed to match this period house, featuring aluminum black windows with bars and a projecting glass bay window. We completed the project with a full internal makeover, including the fitting of a beautiful kitchen and elegant bathrooms. The property was finished off with full decorating and a striking herringbone floor, all topped off with an Indian sandstone patio. The project was completed on time, and we once again achieved another happy customer.
