    At JWS Construction, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and high-quality materials to create beautiful projects. We pride ourselves on our full project management service, from the initial meeting with the customer to the final touches on the project. Our Directors, Chris Martell & Rudi Perry believes that the relationship between himself and the customer is of utmost importance, ensuring that they are always well informed throughout the process.

  • The process.

    Once we have met with the customer and discussed their requirements in depth, we spend around 2-3 weeks preparing a tender package that includes a comprehensive quotation and scope of works. We strive to ensure that our customers are aware of all costs upfront, with no hidden extras along the way. If changes are required at any stage during the construction process, we are more than happy to accommodate these changes.

  • Once a project is accepted, we will supply a contract with full insurance and public liability certification. We provide a fully secure site with a welfare unit, electric supply, and water supply, and we also offer demolition services for existing buildings. Throughout the project, we pride ourselves on maintaining excellent communication with our customers, keeping them informed of the progress and any decisions to be made along the way.
