We recently had the pleasure of working on the Pine Road project. The project began with us receiving drawings from MDT Design and arranging a meeting with the customer to discuss their vision and ideas, including the choice of materials. Within a quick turnaround time of 7 days, we provided a comprehensive quotation for the project.
Once we received permission to start, we set a completion date and worked diligently to meet the deadline. The first step involved demolishing their garage, making way for the stunning transformation that was about to take place. Our team of expert tradespeople then commenced the project with strip footing, followed by matching brickwork and a peg-tiled roof.

We also had our fully qualified electricians install a complete rewire, along with beautiful lighting fixtures, while our plumbers installed a new gas central heating system with a cleverly placed pressurized water tank in the loft space. One of the highlights of the project was the construction of a stunning rear and side extension that seamlessly matched the original house. The extension featured exquisite brickwork, a peg-tiled roof, and striking black aluminum sliding and bi-folding doors. Additionally, we added a captivating oak porch with an original restored front door. Inside, the project boasted black internal doors complemented by a dark vinyl herringbone floor. The fully fitted and tiled bathrooms, along with the hand-painted kitchen, added the perfect finishing touches to this remarkable project.
