The project boasted impressive features such as 3-meter high sliding doors, roof lights that illuminated the space, and a stunning hand-painted kitchen. The end result was a breathtaking view over the garden through the 5-meter by 3-meter high glass doors, complemented by exquisite limestone floors. To perfectly complete the project, we added a stylish sandstone patio that perfectly merged the indoor and outdoor spaces, leaving another satisfied customer in our wake.

The initial phase involved the removal of an existing conservatory, making way for the creation of an open-plan living space. We skillfully removed the rear of the lower ground walls and installed steelwork to achieve this design. The footings were meticulously laid with strip footings, while the floor was constructed using a block and beam method. Ensuring maximum energy efficiency and comfort, we fully insulated the space, which was superbly finished with a k-render exterior. The roof, adorned with grp, further accentuated the aesthetic appeal of the structure.
