Archway.
The Archway is a stunning new build project, completed in 2023, and is our latest construction. This impressive new build property features nine bedrooms, each with its ensuite, and boasts a range of modern and sustainable features, designed to meet the latest building regulations. The project involved the full demolition of the existing house, with a basement raft slab and retaining walls built as the foundation.
The property has four stories, including the basement and loft rooms, and features beautiful bird's beak white cement and limestone cills, reviles, and lintels, making it stand out as a true masterpiece. The stunning brickwork, with its unique design, is topped with peg-tiled roofs featuring bonnets and vented ridge tiles. We've included bat vents and swallow bricks for nature to breed and nest, a feature that adds to the property's charm and eco-friendly elements.

The Archway project is a perfect example of the breadth and quality of services we offer. Our team installed underfloor heating throughout the house, controlled by an air source heat pump (ASHP), ensuring it achieved the highest energy efficiency rating possible. Solar panels and batteries, along with air conditioning units, provide additional energy-saving solutions, making the property an eco-friendly abode.
We ensured that the interior also met our client's requirements, creating fully fitted bathrooms and a tiled and fitted kitchen and laundry room for the large family living within the property. Expert exterior work included building the stunning entrance door with a traditional overhang porch, black sliding sash windows, and matching balcony handrails, all adding to the property's refined and luxurious feel.

The results of the Archway project speaks for itself however is still in progress! We have created a stunning, environmentally friendly, and energy-efficient property that perfectly meets the client's requirements. The beautiful brickwork, peg-tiled roof, and black sliding sash windows create an elegant and impressive facade.
