Straight Mile
At JWS, we are proud to have undertaken the intense renovation of the derelict property known as the Straight Mile in 2022. We began the project by gutting the property to create a blank canvas ready for our team of experts to work on. One of the most significant improvements we made was to install new insulated subfloors and steelwork. We also reconstructed the timber roof, which we then beautifully adorned with clay peg tiles to provide the perfect aesthetic finish.
The exterior of the property was equally impressive, with our team installing black aluminum windows against a white backdrop of k-render to breathe life back into this stunning property. Inside, we utilized dark flooring to create a striking contrast and added a black kitchen, complemented by a bespoke curved staircase that was the centerpiece of the house.
