Hocombe

Hocombe is a fantastic new build project that was constructed from scratch – from footing to final landscaping. This impressive project has been designed with the latest and greatest energy-efficient features in mind to influence resource and cost savings.

The footings alone were built with a raft foundation and reinforced slab and constructed with regulated insulation with heat efficiency in mind. The internal passive pupil seal has been designed to create minimal heat loss, further enhancing the property's energy efficiency. With an exterior material finish of K render and brickwork, aluminium windows, fascia, and guttering, the property has an elegant yet modern disposition.

Services.

We were proud to provide the Hocombe project with an exceptional AV package consisting of a full-smart home system with iPad and phone compatibility. The home cinema included concealed blinds, heating, and lighting, all integrated through a touch of a switch.

With underfloor heating throughout all floors controlled through an air source heat pump (ASHP), Hocombe is incredibly mindful of providing sustainable options. We have also incorporated a wine cabinet, beautiful walk-in wardrobes, elegant tiled bathrooms and a fitted kitchen.

Outcome.

The completed project was stunning. An impressive property designed and constructed with the latest energy-efficient features, cost savings, and environmental awareness in mind. The exterior custom artistry of resin driveways, porcelain patios, curved brickwork retaining walls, and fully electric gates gave the property an air of sophistication and elegance. The 35k KW of solar power housing a Tesla battery further cemented Hocombe's reputation as a modern, sustainable new build.

In conclusion, Hocombe is a result of dedication, commitment, and exceptional craftsmanship from our team. We take pride in working closely with each client to ensure their expectations are met and are delighted to have another happy customer. Let our team help turn your dreams into reality.
